From the Sellers: The previous owners of 625A Bayshore Drive would like prospective buyers to know that they have lived at this site on the Bay for 50 years. They first lived for about 15 years a few houses away, but purchased the empty lot/land about 35 years ago along with a builder friend in order to build the two duplexes now seen.
