Each of the recommendations were qualified, prompt and reasonably priced. She explained her recommended pricing for the home and was patient as our family made the final decision. Christine advised us on timing should a decrease in pricing be necessary, and also provided the upside to accepting the offer we ultimately chose. She and her team were available to answer questions and provide their expertise via text, email and phone. The house sold quickly and closed. We could not have done it as quickly or as well without her and her team’s expert advice and support. She has our unqualified recommendation.
