The offer was accepted, we listed our home in Bethany West the next day and within 35 days, including settlements, we purchased our new home and sold our Bethany West home. Ryan had our Bethany West house on the market, with the open house, and an offer we accepted, all within a week. Having Ryan represent us in both transactions was assuring that nothing would fall through the cracks.
