Born and raised in the Bethany Beach area, Andrew brings a deep, lifelong connection to the local community and a proven track record of exceptional client service to real estate. His entrepreneurial journey began at age fourteen when he started working at a popular local seasonal boardwalk shop in Bethany Beach. For over twelve years, he worked his way up, ultimately taking the reins and successfully acquiring the business from the owner who was his guide and mentor through his upbringing in business.

Over more than a decade, those daily interactions grew far beyond everyday service into lasting relationships, built on trust, consistency, and a genuine love for connecting with people. Recognizing his dedication, the original owner entrusted Andrew to carry the business forward into its next chapter.

Transitioning from local business owner to real estate professional, Andrew applies that same community-first mindset, strong work ethic, and dedication to helping clients achieve their goals along the coast. He shares a deep, abiding love for the coastal lifestyle, the scenic beaches, and the vibrant community spirit that makes this region such a special place to call home. Outside of real estate, Andrew enjoys going to the surfing, surf fishing, automotive repair, and spending time and making memories with family and friends. Whether you are buying your first home or investing in the Delaware beach market, Andrew is ready to put his local expertise to work for you.
