She gave us advice on making a strong offer. Her advice worked. The seller accepted our offer in under 12 hours, even though she had other showings scheduled. Mrs. McCoy even facilitated me and the carpet service coming in to measure bedrooms, even though this happened before settlement. Mrs. McCoy and her team, namely Chantal Bouchard amongst others, greatly assisted with purchase paperwork. She has an online portal where you can view and E-sign documents, saving time. Mrs. McCoy came to the settlement to ensure everything went smoothly. It did, we were in and out in under 1/2 hour - maybe less! Great job by a full-service real estate group - highly recommended.
